Lately Brandon and I have trying to be healthy. I have been doing a workout video 3 times a week and yesterday I even learned how to make wheat bread. Of course, 1/3 of my workout video consists of standing in one place and putting my arms in different positions. Also, I'm not sure if wheat bread is more healthy because we put a little more sugar and tons of honey in it. But at least we're trying.
Good for you! Whole wheat bread is still healthy, even with sugar and honey.
ReplyDeleteWell, we failed a bit last night when we got honey buffalo wings for dinner. Totally worth it. I never knew I liked KFC so much.
ReplyDeleteThat's OK. We took everyone out to dinner here and Annie ate about half of Brandon's piece of chocolate cake. And she's only 8 months.
