Opening presents-- Brandon tried on the hat his mom made for him, but she realized it made him look like a girl.
Mia had fun decorating the little castle I made for her.
And here is the house Brandon and I made.
Hauling in the enormous Christmas tree--that thing barely fit on the Suburban.
And here I wanted to show Mom how my would-be wedding dress turned out.

Wow, Shady! Really good job on the dress. You do need a sewing machine.
Yep, it took a few hours just to do the sash. I could have done it in 2 minutes on a sewing machine. I'm not getting one yet, though, because we don't have room for it.
Too bad. I think you'd enjoy one. And I LOVE your gingerbread house.
how did you do your gingerbread house? i want mine to be the coolest one this year and if it looks like that it will!
We put one of the graham cracker boxes inside to support the roof. Brandon can tell you all about it, he's the engineer.
